Memoir of an intern doctor…day 42

Today, I had quite some pain to share, but I learnt of a friend’s illness 2 days ago. I somehow have forgotten about my own.

My friend Emeru, 25 year old, very fit athlete with both an ischemic stroke and myocardial infarction, which he got following months of battling nephritic syndrome. He just finished school. Very bright young man with very big dreams.

What is life?😖😖.
