Memoir of an intern Doctor….. Day 145

I have thought of specialisation in different fields at different times because a new thing makes my heart beat every other time. Today anaesthesia, tomorrow orthopedic surgery, then community medicine, obs gyn, paed ,then psychiatry, then ENT, then medicine….cardiology or oncology. Clearly I have had my mind travel.

But last night’s call as I walked through the hospital with the least of ATP at 3am, dragging my feet i could barely walk, my back bone felt like giving way. I had one thought on my mind, Radiology .
