Day 66

I have confirmed 4 deaths in the last 18 hours . the death rates in surgery are worryingly high.

Mass causality. I had only heard of it. I experienced it tonight. Motor accident. 25 casualties.

We were notified about 30min prior to their arrival , so we prepared ourselves. No deaths

I appreciated teamwork on this .
