What is a bad meal day?

A bad meal day is when you go to your favourite restaurant and request for your favourite meal “the usual” but because the specific chef for this particular meal is probably on leave or amnesia made his recipe disappear, the grandmother of the restaurant owner steps in to “give a hand”  . so you end up eating chicken which tastes nothing like it……..that’s the only explanation I can come up with.
