R.I.P Mozey Radio

Its a bright Thursday here in Uganda, but rather a very very sad day. Our hearts mourn the loss of a father , son, musician, talent.

Moses Ssekibogo popularly known as Moze Radio has been part of music duo called Goodlyf crew alongside weasle . its a reality that we woke up to this morning. Radio will forever be remembered. I and everybody I know have at least danced to enough songs from this man. Very beautiful vocals, creative song writer, I can’t explain it all. His music cuts across all generations and age groups. At only 33, he had achieved so much but so little compared to what we as fans wanted from him, his kids have been left without a father, his family has a big gap and our hearts too. Because his music will never die and will forever be here to remind us of him. I can’t start listing all his songs because it would probably take me until tomorrow to list them all.

Nobody wants to die, but death is a painful reality we must experience someday. A friend of mine Mr.Yunusu said even if paradise were an assured ticket, still nobody would want to die. Not even I would agree to.

Death makes me wonder why we even work so hard. If its worth to be a president today and dead tomorrow. But again , I remember how much we have to live for now like death is 1000 years away.

I didn’t know you personally Mozey Radio, but your death has changed something big in me. And I will miss your music, we will all miss you.
