Jump out of that emotional roller coaster

There is so much we can do than just lay in the bed till 4pm, stress eat , rant all over social media about how life is going crazy, shut people out, or even commit suicide.

Move out, water the plants, redecorate your house/room (this I love to do) , go shopping, go swimming, hit the gym, give mom a call, do your dishes from 3 days, do laundry, take a walk.

There is a lot we can do to escape an ongoing emotional roller coaster. But why don’t we?………is it because we like the fake attention from fake people it brings? Or just because we are tired of trying.
